Hammer mill rotor balance correction
Rotor imbalance exacerbates machine vibration, disrupts the raw material conveying rhythm, and consequently interferes with pellet mill feeding, threatening pellet mill production stability. The smooth operation of the hammer mill is crucial; rotor imbalance can easily trigger various machine malfunctions.
Uneven hammer wear, material adhesion to the inner wall, and asymmetrical assembly/disassembly are the main factors causing rotor imbalance in the hammer mill.
To address this, clean adhering material, properly replace hammers, accurately adjust the counterweight values, conduct trial runs to test vibration amplitude, and ensure smooth conveying of production raw materials.
